Serious question for jersey or any other. Could CKYS be in a 'quiet period'? The huge volume on no news last wed., all the travel, getting all the financials audited, history of frequent PRs (even if not substantial), plan for getting back at the shorts, possibly delaying release of signed contracts, etc. This all could be explained by a SEC 'quiet period' before a buyout or partnership with a major partner (eg SAP, Oracle, etc) buying a major stake in the company. Instead of rehashing all the negatives I wanted to bring up a persistent thought I have been having that would explain it all IMO. The volume spike last week was almost as if someone or someones were buying their 5% in a quick timeframe and i have seen this before buyouts in the past. When the financials of a company become so disconnected from the share price, it raises the possibility IMO.

Added: Also a buyout would allow Jim lots of money and free time to make up for lost time with his family these last few months. The insider buyback in summer may have been with a buyout in plan as well.
