Thanks for your post, I find it quite interesting and out of the box thinking. There's a possibility that that could be a significant amount of money if your correct. I sure hope your correct, but that sir is over my pay grade. Perhaps in the future we are able to discern what might have been transferred through the 1031 Exchange. In the end it will be mixed, folded, blended and well disguised according to Bbanbob. He says it quite Bobvious and I certainly know what that means.
