I read this same document and nowhere is WMB or a Change In Control (CIC) mentioned by Mr Carreon in his Proffered Testimony. He referred to ownership changes of WMI stock where it could trigger the loss of all NOLS. This has nothing to do with WMB or any CIC but if you can quote a relevant passage, i will accept my error.
