How can one consider VTSI to be investable unless one knows where they intend to be in 1,3,5 years? How can one consider this sort of vision to be attainable and valid unless there are some publicly stated objectives/goals published and reported on each quarter?
I have been bugging Ferris to find out his vision for the company for a couple years now and........nothing.
Personally I think that a big part of the problem is that Ferris has never been a shareholder in other companies and has never worked for 5 star sort of companies. His perspective is narrow and naïve. And I'm not saying that when one has worked for awesome companies that those companies do everything right because they don't. They have all sorts of problems and mis-steps but those are also learning opportunities. The BOD does have people who have been around a bit but they seem to be extremely hands-off with respect to Ferris. Perhaps because none of them are significant shareholders? I keep thinking their egos would eventually drive them to intervene and turn VirTra into something BIG and BOOMING. There is just so much potential here.
