Additionally, Rich is a Kleptomaniac! He is also a pathetic liar. A few weeks ago, he announced in a PR that audited fins and "big news" are "imminent". Well, here we are, almost 2 months after, and his idea of "imminent" now means long term or never! That was another trick by this scumbag to delude investors. Fins are not even going to be early since he has filed for a late extension, to basically run the shot clock down to the last few seconds on April 16. Again, like I said before, this is turning out to be the mother of all scams.
