ANDI There’s a LOT more steps required than just filing out a form. It’s also very difficult for a brand new company to go that route.

“The alternative to doing a reverse merger is not an IPO. It's easy enough to register with the SEC as an OTC issuer. File a Form 10 or S-1 and have at it.”
