I think if they decide to raise money using this shell they will first R/S the existing shareholders to less than 1% ownership. Then they will sell their existing assets in exchange for new stock and sell shares to raise money for other new stock.
They will have to uplist to raise more than a nominal amount of money, but again, they can't do that while existing investors own 75% of the A/S.
You can agree or disagree, I'm not trying to win a popularity contest, just stating what I believe will happen.
