The document clearly shows Kodiak will purchase shares at a minimum price of .14 cents, and only at the company's discretion when the company decides to draw on the credit facility.

Same wording from original prospectus, and now restated on March 1, 2018.

Obviously they are upholding the original terms which remain favorable to common shareholders, to this day.
