#14845 RE: powderbum #14844

The issues and questions are about:

1) the viability of the company whether run by Brennan and Mir or by Yarbro and friends

2) do they have any money left to do anything other than pay Mir with diluted shares and whatever money he is squeezing out of shares he sells at below market rates, if the Brennan-Mir group remain

3) do they have any money to do anything if Yarbro prevails

3) does anyone have a viable machine/device to sell

4) does the inventor and his cohorts have any rights to sell their "improved" device

5) who has the rights to sell anything

6) if the approvals were awarded for the original device made by GEOMC, can the Marineo group sell their improved device, possibly never approved given modifications, using the original approval

7) does anyone, other than those few successful patients, care anymore

8) how many years and how many dollars would have to be wasted on lawsuits and lawyers to sort this out

9) how many of those same dollars would have been better spent over the past decade on obtaining test and trial results that might have made the device viable and profitable

I am sure there are more questions that others can add, but meanwhile, everyone seems to be kicking at the carcass of a dead horse and I ask myself why Brennan has been willing to throw much of his good money into the black hole aka Mir's salary when every sign shows it to be fruitless?
