There is no issue who made them. They issue is who can legally sell them? I can't take your unit that is already manufactured under your 510-K and conveniently make it my unit by putting my sticker on it under my 510-K. I have to go get my own manufacturer not claim your manufacturer is my manufacturer. CTTC shareholders paid to patent and license this technology. GEOMC was originally hired by CTTC not visa versa.
