I’ve been in plenty of merger plays that move forward without r/s-ing. And iv’e been in plenty of merger plays that take over a shell then r/s. Reverse splits are one of the hazards of trading reverse mergers plays.

I’m not totally ruling out an r/s here - butt usually by this juncture of the merger a restructuring of the share structure would have been mentioned in the previous PR - and if management were going to issue massive amounts of subpenny shares - per your new hero- the SOS authorized would be increased by now - butt it’s still @ 250m.

Anywho - @ this point - it’s like it’s been at all previous points- all we can do is buy sell or hold - and see how things play out.

We are the "new company" right now. Monday they put out a Globe Newswire pr saying HEY EVERYONE we are the new company.. name and ticker change pending. I realize that R/Ss happen all the time in reverse mergers BUT what I want to know is why... if they really are going to, why would they wait until AFTER the merger announcement? Why would they attract NEW eyes to the NEW company with a Globe Newswire press release just to say GOTCHA! reverse split time!

BTW its a genuine question, maybe they are going to split us to smithereens, I don't know. I've seen crazier things happen in the OTC but this sure doesn't make sense to me and I just want to know why.

Why since they've had the last 3 months to do it! they've had control of the shell for some time now.

Why didn't they do it when they raised the authorized from 247 mil to 250 mil?

Why wouldn't they do it when Bill Alessi was transferring the shell to the new owners?

Why not a couple of months ago? before they issued the 100mil block of common shares to be put in treasury?

They own 90% of the common stock, and to be honest I think they own more than that now. cant prove it but our share price went from sub penny to 3 cents, consolidated and then ran to over 12 cents on very strong buying. from what? the shell being brought current?? that never happens. I play a lot of shells and when they go current the price pops and goes right back where it started. Because there's no information, we had no information to go on.

just my opinion, I have been wrong before

Why would the “new” company be worried about maintaining or creating current company shareholder value?
It makes more sense to wipe-out current shareholders and take the last little remaining value they have, convert at a ridiculous ratio, then start fresh and own the mass majority through a R/S then build back up with new shareholders who are building the new company, not rewarding holders of a previous lost company in an entirely different field.

Every account is new at some point or another. I am here because I heard about the coming financing and reverse split and wanted to see if it was general knowledge or not.

And these are not my "views" as you say. The financing and reverse split are coming and that is a fact.
