I do not see them answering question 1 or 5 but if you send a separate email for each of the other questions they may answer one in an 8-K as they have done in the past. Tell them you are a shareholder and just your name and your question.

I agree with you on your posting over the years that this should be common sense but you have to work with what you have here. Sell, hold, buy or try to get them to respond. I was furious 2 years ago when crisis management was needed. I accept the fact that I misjudged them.

It does not help we have about mirrored the Biotech market as a whole the last 2 months (LABU works as a market indicator).

So the lack of communication lets the share price flop in the wind.
