The Shareholders with the B shares I would imagine were notified a while ago and have been selling accordingly to the market Price. I would think the ones that do not believe in the company are gone and the ones that do believe will buy more.
While I completely understand your reasoning, I must say that I will be taking advantage of this volatility and adding more if the price continues its slide.
I'd rather buy low here and take the risk at a lower pps, than wait for a potential explosion under a new ticker
