There is one good point to be made by the recent poster, Why not announce the 10K before the market opens on Thurs. 3/29, instead after the close. I view this as a bad sign. However as I have posted X number of times, no one gives a big damn about financials as far as this Company is concerned. Nothing happens, good or bad. Might be different with analyst coverage.

Joe: You are correct. Really inspires confidence., don't you think? Unless we come up with totally new products, we are in a shrinking market, unless you sell ICBM's (Bolton).

We actually closed at 5.20, not as wrong as I thought.
