it appears that the majority of stock movement is based on the strat and what stage it is in, not the rest of the company and its progress. proof of that theory would be if they get at altitude sooner than later and the stock goes vertical on that news.

My point is that it was GOOD that Jones name was NOT mentioned anywhere in the NR (along with CEO and BOD's etc), so I hope he is staying and good Strat news will follow in the next months.
