It's just all apart of the long, tedious, audit process and what people consider "complete" "done" or "almost done"

Roger was as clear as he could be communicating to his shareholders that the audit is completed and through partner review with no open items. He said it was now in the EQR review stage. There are several parts to the audit... You could consider the audit complete when it's uploaded and filed with OTC Markets... or you could consider it complete when the audit Partner passes it on to the quality control partner that makes sure the audit firm's ass is covered. It's not being audited by another audit partner lol... just reviewed to make sure everything is in line with SEC accounting standards.

There are a shit ton of audit requirements for documentation and what needs to be signed off on and included in their audit file... a lot of this doesn't even have anything to do with AMFE, more so to do with sign-offs and documentation that is required for the audit by the SEC and FASB.

did you ever have to do a report for a class and have someone proof read it for you??? Same thing with AMFE...takes time to make sure its worth reporting even though the audit is finished...
