All they have is saying they are diluting. You can see it was not dilution today. Andi diluted shares at the end but that was already in motion and could not be stopped. Now the new company UTOPYA will not dilute because they have there finances already set up. Some one knows how good this company will be and wants as many cheap shares as possible.
