You hit the nail on the head.

I have been correlating the OTC naked short report and the total buys.

Whoever service the NEAH trading is covering the buys with naked shorts, then miraculously a cheaper 5 to 10 to 20 million sh sale will come through to allow them to cover the shorts/buys.
