I am not talking dilution. The AS is 900M and OS is 780M so there is not much available for dilution until they raise the AS. What I am saying is maybe the twitter account is fake being created by a holder of the shares to dump. So once they dump they close the tweeter account and there is no activity from the company then the pps goes back to 1 or no bid. That's how it looks to me. Without someones, desperately trying to dump it would have hit 0.0015 today.
