10K is filed for Q4,

So apparently my first post was not understood.

I asked, specifically, if a 10Q had to be filed for the 4th qtr.

it was a simple question, at least to me.

Here was my first post asking the question... seems like a straight forward question...

Weren't the MYDX 4th QTR financials due in Feb? What's with that?

Am I wrong? Don't stinky pinkies have to file 4th Qtr info?
