Elite has taken steps that have improved its intrinsic value and, thus, serves to make it a more valuable company for investors in the long term; recognizing that the value of an investment is not assessed at some variable interlude along the timeframe, but at the point of sale.

we have no idea if that is true or not, because we have no idea what, if any, steps were taken by elite.
