Drugdoctor, thanks for weighing in. Indeed, I suspect many investors, like myself, believed SOX would be approved by now. That it has not does raise a level of irritation, still there are a couple of points to be made...First, there is value in being diversified when investing. Despite Elite's flat p/s over the past months, it remains that many other investments have increased. To fail to recognize how one might be invested in Elite for its buyout potential is to fail to understand the value of choice that diversification provides. Second, since the CRL for SOX, Elite has taken steps that have improved its intrinsic value and, thus, serves to make it a more valuable company for investors in the long term; recognizing that the value of an investment is not assessed at some variable interlude along the timeframe, but at the point of sale.
