Don’t have time to look at Q but if I remember close to 900 million of those are restricted. We don’t know what the restrictions are or when/if they will ever be added to The float. Those restricted were given to handle old companies outstanding issues, but perhaps new management will pay off those debts before restrictions end and those shares are wiped from the books. See I can speculate too!
Not at all this was from the old company and this was already started in motion. UTOPYA does not dilute. Did you hear they got rid of 37.5 BILLION SHARES YESTERDAY!!! Just like Mike said better than a share buy back. I hope this helps.
The increase in the OS is due to ending the previous regimes line of business when the merger with Utopia happened Nov 2017. Hence, the new era with Utopia phones/software is upon us. Totally expected. Please tell me you understand that. ANDI/UTOP looking great! GLTA!
