Signed a new cell contract yesterday at the local Sprint retail store.

They were sold out of LG's, but had plenty of Nokia's, which they branded as "no good".

IMO:IDCC will continue to receive royalty on almost 90% of all GSM/GPRS/EDGE Subscriber units sold for at least the next 3 or 4 years from Arima, Sharp, Quanta, Danger,Option,HTC,RIMM,Toshiba, LG,and the Licensing of Inventec,Compal,Hon Hai,Pantech,Huawei etc..
P.S. IDCC will earn 2G royalty from S/E through their 1st Quarter 2007.

You also need to be aware (I'm sure you are already), that a large percentage of the market is non-royalty bearing to IDCC (GSM/GPRS/EDGE)...especially starting at the end of this year.
