Immediate Surrounding area population with all the apts looks similar to what you would find in many areas of manhattan (ex parts upper west side) minus the number of competing businesses, for reference.
Smart investment there in Tempe-Location and concept is a no-brainer.
As S&L continues to show how much $ they can pull from am to late-night sales, the business model is sure to attract more potential owners looking to get in on the $, thus further expansion/brand recognition & revs. Most people who want to open a franchise do not really dream of being an owner of a donatos pizza (imo horrible food but they are everywhere around me) or something like that, they dream of making profits. The margins will soon be obvious here, and further expansion will follow.
