At the time off issuance it wasn't much of a premium to the market price at the time so it doesn't make much of a statement to me; obviously the Warrant holder believes it will be profitable in time. I think it is wise of management to issue the warrants at the best price they think they can get; it is beneficial to both the company and it's shareholders; IMO Lexaria has done well in how they have issued Warrants.

The CEO using his own $$ to buy most of his shares on the open market and not selling any makes a huge statement to me about his confidence in the future of the company.

I believe in the company and it's management, many people will make lot's of $$ in time here. At the moment the supply/demand balance of LXRP shares is being harmed by the current Warrant conversions. It is a number we can track and when the pressure of the conversions lets up LXRP share price will rise again. I am just trying to time it wisely to get the most shares I can for the next run.
