You do realize the PPS level of this stock and the bulletin board that it trades on?

ANDI appears to be a promoted garbage stock that has zero chance of creating a viable, profitable company, right?

OTCM is not a regulatory agency and there are zero safeguards in place to protect investors, correct?

I agree.

Many ways to skin a cat and I have witnessed various ways to utilize the SS with preferred series shares and commons.

Hopefully they can get these guys on board in a way that everybody is happy including the share holders and the appreciation in share price.
