You always say you do not care about the facts. And ywt, you are raising facts that are completely wrong.

No bank relations?

Staged locations? No production?

"Guangdong's NanFang, a regional Chinese broadcast station covering an area of approximately 100 million people, aired a full edutainment program highlighting the APRAS technology, and including an interview with SIAF's Chief Scientific Officer, Dr. Anthony Ostrowski. The show features several celebrity chefs examining the indoor tanks and later sampling silver cod, jade perch, mandarin fish, tilapia, sleepy cod, and salt water prawns. "

We also have the Dun & Bradstreet report, Garret, ECAB etc. etc. Third parties verifying your wrong claims. Dont you think Dun&Bradstreet and ABC checked if there is fish before they gave them $15 million? The celebrity chefs? Oh, maybe they went to the ocean and picked up some fish and put in the tanks :).

Your logic (if there is any) is flawed. SIAF is not a fraud because the stock is down 95%. In fact, most frauds trade at high multiples because they are very good at misleading the market.

And dilution isn't even the issue here. Why don't you calculate the book value per share over the past 5 years and see what you come up with?
