If everything went as it shoud have with the loan it would be announced some while ago. I don't think you should count any loan as we don't know whats happening.
The best is to assume that Beef will struggle and Triwat grow with 20-30% per year organic without any divident.
Anything better should be taken as positive news, anything worse as negative.

The problem is that it seems like the steam roller is out of gas :-( Hopefully Solomon has now arrived back at the steam roller with a can of petrol and have no problems running down people that are in front of the steam roller :-)
