Absolutely nothing supporting that. Never was. This was just a distraction to the eager share holders, "to keep you busy" so to say. There's no business going on, so they do loan and trw distraction so there's something to focus on. Soon it all has evaporated and they announce next mega thing. Nothing ever happens and dilution goes on all the time. The true trick is to keep share holders dreaming about something so they can dilute all the time.
