I disagree with your argument, I believe that everyone who has had extensive experience in the stock market realises that Reverse Splits are almost always negative for the stock price after the split.
However, there are exceptions.
For example, if CYDY does a Reverse Split only on condition that at the moment, simultaneously, with the split an investor or a fund finances the company at the reverse price.
That might work.
Otherwise, in my humble opinion, an RS will hurt the stock price.
