BlackDoggie, ARNA! That wasn't their only R/S, they had one several years ago and it dropped right back down because they did not get the nod from the FDA on one of their trials. With CYDY, they are much further along with great efficacy where ARNA didn't have such luck

I am still doing 'due diligence, thanks for your comments.

I disagree with your argument, I believe that everyone who has had extensive experience in the stock market realises that Reverse Splits are almost always negative for the stock price after the split.

However, there are exceptions.

For example, if CYDY does a Reverse Split only on condition that at the moment, simultaneously, with the split an investor or a fund finances the company at the reverse price.

That might work.

Otherwise, in my humble opinion, an RS will hurt the stock price.
