You know, I have the same suspicion. I would be shocked and disappointed if management doesn’t have some positive developments in their bag. They have been very quest since oct 19 last CC so a lot can happen in 5-6 months.

But I would hope for some good news a spike in price so I could sell off my shares and then rebuy once the stock is beat down.

I disagree with your argument, I believe that everyone who has had extensive experience in the stock market realises that Reverse Splits are almost always negative for the stock price after the split.

Interesting...

However, there are exceptions.

For example, if CYDY does a Reverse Split only on condition that at the moment, simultaneously, with the split an investor or a fund finances the company at the reverse price.

That might work.

Because it sounds to me as though you agree with me in principle.

We may disagree on the specific conditions required to make a R/S successful - and that's ok - but the point is that not all R/S are created equal. Most fail because they're conducted by failing companies and unsophisticated investors tend to lump all R/S together rather than examining exceptions to understand when and how a specific hypothetical R/S could be successful.

I won't belabor the point further.
