IF they are indeed issuing shares for $$ to purchase assets, then, it MIGHT not be bad FOR THE LONG TERM.

Buying assets sure beats using the $$ for expenses.

Totally agree - the question is when will they allow it to go back up - how much further is the drop - .0045? As Spence would say - All it takes is the right stroke of Fred's pen..
