Too bad that old myth about mice scaring elephants isn't true. However, it might apply with the CT, so one of those elephants might target HISC for acquisition. What would that do for the PPS?
If the dilution is for asset acquisition that could be very beneficial, much more so than paying Bad Apple. Eventually though those assets need to be generating some very positive cash flow so they can do a massive buyback/retirement to bring the O/S back under control.
