I didn't say they did, just answering that they are the hold up going forward.

And that request WAS DENIED by Congress!

So, WHY HAS ....NOTHING BEEN RETURNED?

I know, the assets and books were 'all mingled', but one would think that a few have been identified as Holding Co. property.

On what grounds, are they keeping property from the RIGHTFUL OWNERS????
