Fridays are not the best day to announce good news. One day of trading and then investors have 2 days away from the market to cool off and forget about last week.
I have been trying to decide if BIEL is better off starting the PR flow next week with the NHS as the cherry on top or lead off with NHS and PR the Deals afterwards.
I am sure there have been quite a few discussions in Frederick on this issue.
