Yes, I received the share certificate. I bought this stock from the recommendation of a con man. I should list his name! He told me the company was teaming up with Bitcoin and the stock was going to double. I bought it at about 87 cents and of course when the split happened, my investment went down 75%. I kept trying to call the company and got no answer so I left a message that I was going to report them to the SEC and I got a call back from the president and he said they would check the guy out. He said they were doing the split because they were acquiring a company with a large cash flow. Later I find out who the company is when the announcement was made.Like I said, I did call them and they said they were just waiting for the new accountant to do the filing. I have no idea how this will pan out.
The con man disappeared from the two phone numbers that he gave as his contacts, just goes to voice mail and never calls back.
