Well you certainly have a lot more hope than I. I've got almost 100K exchanged for fancy diamonds exchanged at $2 per share. I never did receive a new share certificate when 1:4 reverse split happened, did you? I see nothing in the restructure that recognizes previous shareholders of "Parent" company (PNIK). Even if so, "Parent Common Stock ” shall mean the common stock, par value $0.001 per share

The new company is changing the name to American Freight Xchange Inc. Are you expecting to receive new shares recognizing your initial investment value?

Another red flag emerged today .. I'll comment when I get more information.
