I would not say the uptrend is broken. The 200 day ma is at 23500 with an uptrend at 21000 and the last one at 20000. I just see the fundamenrals lining up to what I see as a possible problem. The fact that the bull is so long in the tooth does not help.
As for the argument of CYDY being a safe haven. I look at my experience through bear markets i.e. 1974 or 2000 when the environment became toxic for buyouts and new issues.
But we are noit in a bear yet. I am just voicing my biggest, wrench in the works, fear. The science is there.
