SEC is backed up on cases for years, it’s worth reporting it but don’t expect anything soon. Even look at big cases like pharma bro, scum bag did scams for years before he brought attention to himself by doubling a drug price.

Schadel has done numerous acts which violate numerous rules and laws. His time will come.

"circumstances discussed in this news release might not occur!"

ROTFLMAO!

Along with the embellishment of BS excuses that keeps the carrot dangling in front of the remaining gullibles!


All while knowing full well there was absolutely NO intentions of executing anything pumped in the press release, whatsoever.



But HEY!! they made Bank!


And all they sold was just a "What IF" con-job!
