'colmar'? SEC cant touch this because the Safe Narbor Act! (SHA) makes scapegoat provisions for PINKS to DO what they do best!

NOTE the following excerpt from the SHA;
....NEWS release may contain forward-looking statements that are made pursuant to the "safe harbor" (The Scapegoat) provisions of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. While these statements are made to convey to the public the company's progress, business opportunities and growth prospects, they are based on management's current beliefs and assumptions (LOL! The Assumptions), as to future events. However, since the company's operations and business prospects are always subject to risk and uncertainties, (The Scapegoat Clause), the forward-looking events and circumstances discussed in this news release might not occur, (Does it ever?) and actual results could differ materially from those described, anticipated or implied. (You think?) For a more complete discussion of such risks and uncertainties, please refer to the company's filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. (Oh Yeah! like, Everyone will be doing this, Right?)

So in other words, these Pinks can knowingly MAKE UP whatever story they want as to sell its shares!

Acquisition, Reverse Mergers, Billion dollar Government Contracts, you name it and what all!

THEN (after shares are sold and/or dumped for their cash values and pocketed), the pink makes an announcement extracted from the SHA, where it says;

"circumstances discussed in this news release might not occur!"

ROTFLMAO!

Along with the embellishment of BS excuses that keeps the carrot dangling in front of the remaining gullibles!

All while knowing full well there was absolutely NO intentions of executing anything pumped in the press release, whatsoever.

But HEY!! they made Bank!

And all they sold was just a "What IF" con-job!

In understanding the Risks!, I don’t mind losing in stocks that died TRYING, but I DO mind losing in stocks that died LYING!
