Yeah, so ask them what their margin requirements are to short this .01 stock. $2.50/share

ugly- lets rephrase->"no intelligent people shorting the otc"

feel differently? back it up and lets see that short-

go borrow RJDG shares for $2.50 each share or 100% of the total borrowed share price - whichever cost is GREATER.

now go sell short 100k of RJDG borrowed from IB, guaranteed on your own cash in the IB account, because it is not marginable.

what is that going to cost you in fees son- $250k? whats your price target to buy and cover for a profit?

ok lets get even cuter and talk about naked selling through IB- which can be done but is illegal per SEC and IB can buy/cover your position fron under you at any time, so ensure no trade imbalances exist.

Should I keep "impressing" with my knowledge? (which is nothing more than facts on IB's website).

no magic rabbit holes here. take the blue pill Neo

It makes no sense whatsoever. The most a short could make on RJDG by shorting 10,000,000 shares (as of today) is around .013/share if the PPS dropped to .0001. In the meantime if the PPS goes to .03, .05, .10 the short would lose monumental amounts of money trying to cover. In the meantime, the shorter would have had to put up $2.50/share for the privilege 0f taking the most asinine risk conceivable.

Actual #s: Short 10,000,000 share. Possible profit: $130,000.00 (less costs)

Possible loss at .05/share = $370,000.00
Possible loss at .10/share = $870,000.00
Possible loss at .25/share = $2,370,000.00

That doesn't even include the costs incurred putting up the $2.50/share ($25,000,000.00)
