They are labor smart branches but no longer owned by Ltnc. They were sold to afpw but kept the name.

Those new to labor smart. There is obviously a wave of promoters with this stock (look at their posting history).

Beware... ltnc is currently dark. The CEO is also the ceo of AFPW and a pumping firm boss equity. He initially drove Ltnc to a footprint of 30 locations and bought himself revenues with loads of toxic debt only to tank the business to no locations and no revenues yet the debt remains. All this while the ceo took six figure bonuses, six figure salaries, paid for his home at $6k per month with Ltnc funds and drove super cars on the shareholders dime, yet has NEVER turned a profit at LTNC instead blaming toxic lenders and refusing their terms, thus leading to severe lawsuits and judgements now riddling the company.

Yes, Ltnc is currently millions in debt via judgements, liens, toxic loans etc... with several open judgements pending. Also, Little to zero revenues as well as near nil assets plague Ltnc.

Ltnc has none of the 4 branches listed on its website. the remainder reside in states of which ltnc’s business licenses or Llc status has been revoked or are in default and also many of the location addresses are now named as other businesses.

Also, the CEO has a history of false PR pump attempts. From burning certs to claims of buying back stock then gagging the TA, to claims bitcoin mining with his office computers (LOL).

If you need more proof other than prs from the company, you can check the CEOs twitter where he is attempting to steal these staffing branches from afpw and break out into clean company and even states he is not bringing them back to Ltnc using a bogus excuse.

When zero revenues, no assets, never turned a profit, Yet millions in liabilities, why would he come back to Ltnc.
