What we are not allowed to see is what is in the Estate. So we signed POR 7 "forgiving" everyone, and have no claim and no payment due. All creditors were paid with a fixed amount and we take what is left. Now what is left can be huge and JPM took the main house while we may take a garage full of valuable stuff like collectible cars or what we get is just a shed full of junk. But POR 7 clearly said that JPM takes the main house and we "forgave" it while we take the leftover after everybody is paid.
