Similar to my empty box example. You can trade the ticker.
Problem is, not many people want to pay hard earned $$ for an empty box.

No, you can't purchase shares of ARIOQ. You can only purchase the ticker.

The shares and the ticker are not the same thing. The shares have been cancelled. The ticker has not.

Anyone buying ARIOQ is just buying air.

The facts are in the PACER documents from the Federal Bankruptcy Court.

Try calling the Company, or the Transfer Agent and ask them.

Yes you can but are they really worth anything?

The reality is that when companies emerge from bankruptcy, the “old” common stock of the company is usually worthless. In most instances, the company’s plan of reorganization will cancel the existing shares of common stock.
