ANd dear they are not deserved BEFORE since IMHO none of US self included have this thing pegged right......YET

I see valid opinions on several fronts, but none I am 100% sure I'd hang my hat on yet INCLUDING my swap for value.

I am not STATIC here I will can can change my opinions or thoughts on this and have several times and proabably will many more time,WHO KNOWS,but till it's done over and finished,TO ME It's all still up in the air......

Hell the merger might not even take place, they have a clause in the contract in cas it doesn't , DON'T THEY???????????
