It's so simple to me Delfin goes public, the share price goes up to somewhere between $5-$10 immediately, they uplist straight away to Nasdaq, get some big institutions to buy a large chunk of shares and hold and the share price goes up even further as those shares won't even count in the float.

Several have theorised that Delfin will cancel their shares and take preferred shares instead making the float very small.
