Does the price of diesel even matter? If your buying decision is based on subsidies, do fuel prices even matter? This is why we only see Muni Vehicles sales.

Where subsidies don't apply, like private trucking companies, can you please identify ONE conversion by a private trucking concern to NGV's in 2018?
