You have to understand that a lack of information is how we lack understanding and insight. In VOIS's case, we lake the insight or understanding of their business and share structure. The reason we don't know any of this information is because the company has gone silent and is "Delinquent SEC Reporting".
The simple truth is, there is no information to go on here to make a successful trade. This is pure gambling and hoping that your lottery ticket gets hit.
We can't be successful if we continue to make the same mistakes over and over again. We can only be successful if we learn from our mistakes and try not to make them again.
