We have established it at .004 x 2.5 million = 10,000.00 in re payment.

Lets assume none of the 91 million came from Claybourne and lets round off the debt to your figure of 620,000.

62 times 2.5 million = 155 million shares will clear the debt IMHO

that is 845 million less needed than your numbers IMHO
